It's so sweet to see notch omitting the references he pretends to be quoting, and missing out important text.

According to notch, the following words do not exist:

"Although national courts generally accept the principle in practice, most of them disagree with this extreme interpretation and reserve the right, in principle, to review the constitutionality of European law under national constitutional law"

Can’t keep calling a referendum because some people didn’t get there own way. The vote is done end of story let’s move on :cautious:
So why not apply that to all elections?

Why do we have General Elections at least once every 5 years if having voted Party A into office in one that is to be the will of the people, all done, end of story, supporters of Parties B, C, D... must stop moaning, accept the result, and move on?

So, in other words, the phrase; 'generally accept the principle in practice', proves what I quoted is correct. (y)
