definitaly fake in my opinion wood is quite low density compared with concrete
if the wood was hard enough and the legs did pierce the concrete the chair seat frame would collapse or at least deform as one leg had gone further in than than the diagonally opposite one

Looks like a chair in the wall to me!! Oh, and another one above the door to the right.....

to be fair that looks like quite light cladding
if you can go through it with a hammer easily a chair leg will have enough force in a hurricane as well

Be funny if it was a morbidly obese person waist deep... Well it wouldn't be funny but I have a dry sense of humour.. laugh at fat people falling over etc.
