Could they be right, and possibly less biased, as, with such high pensions, it presumably makes little difference to them personally?

You're not thinking the pensions would be withdrawn if brexit happens, are you?
Heseltine's subsidy may stop but I think he will probably survive.

Durhamplumber, on normal earnings, wants to leave because he doesnt like being governed by Brussels and much prefers those nice people in London with whom he has so much in common.

Be fair - there isn't one single leave campaigner motivated by personal interest, is there.

For some people, a lot is never enough. They might just be those sort (I always got the impression that Mandy was particularly fond of feathering his nest).

I expect they would be the sort of thing included in the Divorce settlement i.e. "ongoing commitments".

Bodd and annuities.

To put into context on the old final salary scheme medical consultants would retire on a scheme that would in lump sum terms be worth over a million after 30 years contribution. However the new scheme is not on the same level - these rascal baby boomers!

Could it be not wanting to bite the hand that spoon feeds their supper ??

I wonder where bodd got his numbers. He doesn't quote any source so presumably he estimated the numbers himself.

is that supposed to represent the amount payable per year? Or is it the estimated value of the fund? Tell me, bodd, what's the number for farage?

I see poor old Heseltine has to try and manage on far less than Iain Duncan Smith's family get.

You think I made this up.?
