Maybe he is one? Would explain a few things. Like his antipathy towards this country and the ordinary, decent indigenous population. Especially his hatred of people from Surrey. Maybe that's why he likes immigration so much - giving the 'bros' a helping hand, without any regard for the consequences for this country and the all to evident dangers.
