He criticises Brexiters for not having a plan

That's because they haven't got one, and never did.

Where is Rice-Pudd and Buffoon's document detailing their alternative to Theresa's unpopular deal?

It doesn't exist.

Just a bag of hot air and three years of pointless moaning.

He's right though. Its pretty messed up to campaign for Brexit and the massive implications for the entire country if Leave were to win whilst those behind the Leave campaign clearly had no plan on how to leave and have shown themselves to be utterly clueless. Brexit negotiating MP's have resigned one after the other, completely clueless and spineless quitters that they are with a "someone else can do it" attitude. Good on Tusk for his blunt language. Someone has to say it. The Remain MP's as well as Corbyn have been far too timid in criticising these clowns responsible for negotiating brexit.

He criticises Brexiters for not having a plan, yet the negotiations over the last two years have been led by Remainers.

Thats because all the Leave lot have quit as they dont want to be responsible for the mess heading our way. Boris, Fox, Gove all ran with their tails between their legs leaving Remain MP's to try and sort this mess out.

Tusk is wrong to blame Leavers because true Leavers have never been given a chance to form a plan.

When Cameron resigned, it was assumed the Tories would elect a leader who was a Leaver. As Gove and Bojo knocked each other out of the running, May was chosen as the Hacker candidate - the 'safe pair of hands.' In her subsequent Lancaster House speech, she reaffirmed that 'Brexit means Brexit' and that we would be taking back control of our laws, borders and money - her so-called red lines.

But behind the scenes, she was duplicitous. She set up DeXEU with Davis as leader, but behind his back, formed a small cabal in no. 10, including Olly Robbins and a number of Europhile civil servants and 'advisors'. They were - and are - determined that we would only Leave in name only, and would be re-admitted after the EUs' next financial round in 2025; the Withdrawal Agreement keeps us in close alignment with the EU ready for the re-admission.

So Leavers have been 100% let down by the establishment and it is clear that they planned this all along. We voted to bring back our law-making from Brussels to Westminster; we did NOT vote for MPs to give our sovereignty back to the EU, which is what the majority of MPs clearly want to do.

The only feint hope which this great nation of ours has is that we Leave by default or accident on 29th March.

You mean the all powerful ERG has not been able to come up with anything sensible? Diddums. Perhaps your precious Tories could have had a vote to rid them (Theresa May) of such a scourge. Oh, hang on.....

Dumb quitter plan-less bastads.

Sorry, Nose, but you've been asleep; the ERG has published a detailed and comprehensive plan for leaving - it's here:

Slightly off-topic here, but Rees-Moggs' strangely-named 'European Research Group' is like calling Hitlers' Luftwaffe the 'Greater London Aviation Society'.

Oh, there have been lot's of plans. All sh it. And I did say 'sensible'. Even the latest pile of dross they are trying to push through. I bet TM loves bouncing back and forth to Brussels like an aimless pinball. At least she has her red lines.(y)

Boris and Fox wereboth leavers and both quit the negotiations when they realised this was going to become a mess

Bottom line is this:

May voted Remain in the referendum; the Chancellor and Treasury, and 2/3 of the Cabinet are Remainers; 80% of MPs are really Remainers; Blair, Major, Mandleson, Clegg and the rest have been our fifth-columnists in Brussels; the whole show has been run by Remainers.
True Leavers have never been given the reins.
