Access after installing first floor joists and boards

Hi

I am going to be installing the first floor joists and boards on my house extension and have a question about access!

After the joists are installed I intended to install the floor t&g boards on top which is all great, although how would I gain access to my new floor when it's complete to finish the internal walls? Is it normally accessed off the scaffold or from a floor board left out in the floor (hole)?

Leaving a board out would work but means I can't permanently glue and fix the floor at this stage.

Access from the scaffold works although at varying points the height differences in the scaffold to floor are going to be awkward.

What's normally done? I realise this may be an obvious answer to some (not to me though!)

I did think about making the opening in the house although it's bang in the middle of two bedrooms at the minute and then i'd have to go through the house all the time.

I suppose the obvious option is the window, it's just whether it will cause issues when the scaffold goes up the next lift; maybe i'm overthinking it (i'm good at that). Climbing through a window with a bucket of mortar, blocks, tools. Having said that, a hole in the floor with joists at 400mm centres isn't going to leave a lot room either... i'm not as slim as I once was!

I climbed through a small opening on ours because I was too much of a pussy to go up the ladder with the stuff

Left access thru floor on mine until we knocked thru into new extension . (Floor joist trimmed and then reinstated to give 800mm wide access).
