tiling around two velux windows look messy, is it done correctly?

Broad flat (Marley Modern etc) tiles are the worst offenders though, so extra care should be taken.

Thats a lovely job.

I really like the feature brickwork corners. Are the walls going to be rendered -if so that would set the corners off really well.

The stepped down roof leading to the leanto on the roof has been done very neatly, despite the awkward roof changes -when the set out is done wrongly, these tricky abutments can end up looking like a dogs dinner.......

Should there be a small flashing under each tile rather than a single long one under all 3 tiles?

I went in this morning to have a view of couple of other same houses and although not perfect, the tiling there is much much much better and there is hardly any lift at all..... I will just say “I want that one” in the spirit of Little Britain famous quote.

And the roofers will be like:

Yeah I'd say you definitely got the apprentice one of the sash cover flashings isn't fitted properly. keylight I'd say.

Presume the housebuilder is NHBC registered. Put your complaint in writing to the builder and keep a copy. If the builder won't do anything about it take it up with NHBC.

Can the corrective action be taken within a working week ..... basically can they fix this by next week Friday as supposedly am meant to be having a "home demo" with site manager ..... whatever the heck that is.

These look like Marley Modern roof tiles which have a minimum-pitch requirement of 17.5 degrees.
A standard Velux installation can go as low as 15 degrees but it’s not recommended.
You need to contact the Architect/Specifier, rather than blame the trades, because I think he has recommended the wrong model and wrong flashing kit for this solution. If I were specifying this job, I would have chosen this solution...
