Seems like it yes. Money (funding) is involved too. The decision to prosecute seems odd given the blatancy of lies from all MP's. I'm not sure why Bozzas is any worse.

Do you agree that it is everyone's right to challenge someone in court who has told a blatant porkie whilst in public office in order to further their cause?
Depends on the flavour of the hypocrite.
However, this case has come to bear not just because he told lies, but the use of his power to influence others by deliberately not telling the truth. Many times.

But it will be interesting to see how this pans out, and whether any other people in public office find themselves in the same position...
Gina Miller will in time be lauded for kick starting the campaign for political accountability!

We all know what words were on the big red bus.
But I was interested in what Bodd thought that message was.
In other words, what did Bodd think the words meant?
If you are going to ask people if they believed a message, you must have an idea what that message was.
If I wrote the words, "woman without her man is an animal" without any punctuation, the message is ambiguous.

Eddie's version was not correct. Eddie thinks it said "we send £350m a week to the EU, Let's fund the NHS instead"
It actually said "we send £350m a week to the EU let's fund our NHS instead # Vote Leave"
What does Bodd think that meant?

I'm not a big lover of chucking money at anything withour looking more into the ins and outs of the everyday running.
But I thought it read let's fund the NHS. It crossed my mind at the time that they didn't have room to add Schools. Kids programmes, pensioners, the environment, infrastructure, other country's in times of need, the poor, deprived areas. Animal welfare.
