Rainwater from next doors roof on my flatroof

Hi, I’d like advice please. My neighbour has built a one story extension . The rainwater is pouring into my flatroof because they have taken off the main houses downpipe. They say it is running down over their new one story roof into their new guttering. It isn’t it’s running along the grooves of their new roof tiles into my flat roof. I have asked them nicely to fix it and allowed them to get into my flat roof to rectify it.?I am being ignored. We usually get on so I don’t know why such an easy job is becoming an issue . It’s upsetting me as I’m on my own and don’t know what the rules are.

Are you really sure about that?

From the downpipe postion and angle it does seem that water from their downpipe would go in to their gutter not onto your roof.

The "rules" would be that a neighbour can't direct water on to your property, but you would have to accept any natural run-off - eg drips from the roof edge

As a solution, they could either extend the bit of horizontal downpipe to take it more towards their roof light, or have a section of downpipe running down the roof and into the lower gutter.

As above... or they could move the down pipe to the other end and realign..
Surely there cant be much dripping onto yours...
Whos crud is chucked on their wall? and is that waste pipe really meant to be dumped onto your flat roof like that?

A video showing the water falling onto your roof would help show the issue better.

Like precisely where is the water coming from, where is it falling etc?
