Oil burner Riello RDB2.2 reset button not lit

Can anyone help with this? It's cold and getting colder!
Heating was working fine earlier today -pressed Boost and no response.
Tried the reset button but it wasn't lit up?

The lockout light only illuminates if there is a fault.
More info on your boiler and system / controls would be handy

OK-thats a start. When I press the reset button, it has no impact.
I've tried to ensure there's no airlock-it has tigerloop so shouldn't be an issue?
The burner is Riello RD 2.2 26-33.

I think what Terry means is, room thermostat, programmer, tank, zone valves etc.

I have 2 room thermostats which I've turned up full, past the "click" to ensure they haven't locked out as had this issue before.
Programmer is an EPH, 4 zone

That is not a Combi!!
Do you have any motorised valves ?

Which lights are lit on the front could be you've low pressure which means the burner won't light till the pressures raised over 1 bar or it's on overheat which means it needs to be reset. Bob

Thanks oilboffin-pressure is at 1.25bar. Have tried to press red reset button to no avail. Is there another button somewhere? (Apologies for my stupidity)
