Have a search on Ebay or Amazon or Gumtree if you like......or be shabby, do the job then try to take it back :)
No, the tap seat is the brass ring inside the tap body (the bit that's fixed to the bath/sink/whatever). Or are you referring to the link Madrab put up- the black bit on the end of that is the handle, the shiny bits on the other end are cutters (you'll get 2 usually, fit the one that is the right diameter for your tap). Using the cutter- if it doesn't have instructions with it then get back to us- they are simple but if someone has gone to the trouble of printing a sheet of words it'd be rude to ignore it
