Goods damaged during delivery

I was called to a flat a few years ago and when the guy opened the door, I though he was very tall. He was standing on 2' of newspapers. The whole flat was cover all over the floor. I made my excuses and left.

I had another call out to a blocked toilet (hoarders house) which I cleared, then the customer asked if I could unblock his basin, on talking it apart, I found he was weeing in the sink as the toilet was out of order. (I was not happy )

I being called to quite a few absolute $hit holes.

I had that exact same scenario, windmill Lane flats, Smethwick.
Same block, a bloke had two enormous GSDs.
I don't think they'd ever left the flat , judging by the 3 or 4" of compacted dog shoite on his balcony.......

I can cope with drains,rotten food ..cut up animals etc...but smell of dog sht makes me wretch.

Try (no, don't) mowing cat shoite - served me right for letting the grass grow so long - dog shoite is like air freshener in comparison
