None, just lay them on the blockwork.
You don't have wall plates for floor joists - there is another storey to go on an you don't build masonry walls off timber!
And you don't change materials (ie bricks) due to differing thermal properties

Quite; I was assuming OP meant sleeper walls in a timber ground floor.
