Best way to build timber frame?

Boxing in this boiler.
I have got a kitchen door front and also an end panel for either side.

Should I just screw timber to wall (vertically) and build a frame out from wall using brackets for support?

At front just install door on hinges like usual kitchen door?

The door will cover the boiler but I will be boxing in pipes

I would put in sides and have a lift off door for easy access and boiler maintenance.

I have a door with normal kitchen hinges so I can use that?

Hinged door may get in the way

I'd have it so the whole 'cupboard' lifts off for service/repair, with the door available for adjusting etc.
