Type 1 in shed base construction?

Hi all

So I have a load of leftover type 1 from a driveway extension (about 1.5yards). At some point we are going to need a shed (14x8) so I wanted to use this in the base construction.

What would be the best method to use this up?

I suppose in an ideal world you would remove the top soil, lay the type 1 then compact it with a whacker plate.
