Ground floor lintel has water ingress

Hi All,

After the heavy down pour last evening I have noticed that the ground floor lintel above the kitchen window has areas of damp and water dripping through.

I've checked from outside and the brick work is intact, as is the silicone around the window. So does not appear to be coming through there.

The wall in a cavity wall, 1950's ground floor flat, that looks to have been filled with pumped in insulation at some later stage.

Where else could the water be comi g from?

So coming through the gap in the cavity wall from the 1st floor window?

Could gutter overflow and tip back into the cavity from the eaves? The flat has only 1 floor above.

Could be the eaves. I would check the seals around the windows above first. Particularly around the cills.
