I don’t want to use them at all. I truly wish they were wrong but who am i to argue with the facts. I can’t help being a realist.

Well if those are facts then those facts say that in any group of people, white ones are almost 3x more likely to be found to be doing something arrestable than black. So, if everybody was black, crime would be reduced by two thirds.

The figures would seem to indicate that the white population is better targeted and too many of the black population are stopped and searched unnecessarily.

In a way but that's not a valid number from the details given.

The result is 3.3% of the population make up 10% of the arrests, so your figure is the wrong way round.

No it hasn't. Government statistics might say so, but then they would wouldn't they?

Stop and search and in fact all other police activities are irrelevant when the courts, prisons and the rest of the justice system don't back up the police.

Well cuts to these Services doesn't help. So the hypocrisy of complaining about the effects of the cuts yet supporting the party that brought in the cuts.
