There is an argument that the terms of the settlement are too broad. This gives a slither of hope to the claimants legal team. I’m not sure I buy it, I think her claim is sunk, but it will no doubt go the rounds for a few months yet.

I don't know sufficient about the allegations against the Prince to make a better informed decision.
