thin edge of the wedge whats next fat people reduced wages for diabetic conditions smokers for chest infection the list goes on of diseases that people can do something about
Can diabetes and chest infections be easily passed on to others then?

Do you have the same attitude, for example, to those that smoke in the workplace?

Gas is only a lowly plumber. How is he to know diabetes and obesity are not contagious.

Who mentioned contagious . Being fat is a lifestyle choice same as smoking very simple for an employer to say self inflicted

So if I chose a user name such as multimillionairebrainsurgeon that would automatically make me one?
No that is just your usual attempt at trying to boast in a public forum about how much money you want people to think you have

Now, now girls, stop bickering and try to see the governments point of view.

Get you vaccines if you can. You don't need to trust our lot in Downing street but look around the world and what they are saying about vaccines and
the take up of these.

A friend of mine is refusing to take the vaccine because he feels they are not safe. I asked him what he knew about them and how they were tested etc. As expected, he knew very little. I asked him what if he fell climbing out of lover window on the third floor, fell to the ground broke both of his legs, both arms, both hands, back, neck and head. The in AE he was pumped with drugs and some of which may not be approved in other countries - he could not respond other than say "I don't trust the government."

FYI, I don't trust the government, but thankfully I think for myself and have the ability to judge what is close to the truth and what is not.

I'm all for vaccine passports as being considered by our people in number 10.

It wont happen . The covid debacle is fast running it’s course.
You don’t need links and proof and statistics. Look at the change in media coverage in one week, and the government backtracking is almost comical.

I find it hard to see how some live in la la land and stay in it. When shopping have you noticed what people are wearing. School kids as well. Did you notice when this was reintroduced. Did you think it wouldn't have any effect?

If Labour had made it clear that they would abstain during the so called back bencher revolt would they have voted the same way? LOL What would people think if Labour had abstained? I doubt if they would even if instructed to,

At some point the current rules will be relaxed again. What do you think will happen? All over maybe.

Even the noddy dashboard shows what the reintroduction of rules has done and that the various figures are doing what they usually do. First thing to drop is positive tests, The others take longer to follow.
https://coronavirus.data.gov.uk/

One day we may have full herd immunity vaccinated or not. Main problem getting there is at the moment 17,000 in hospital still increasing with around 2,500 a day going in which could be decreasing / levelling off. Big numbers but compared with a population of 70m they are not. The numbers in will extend the backlog on work hospitals are usually there for. Some NHS workers feel they are being taken advantage of - correct they are but by not so much this time - I wonder why? It's purely down to many people doing what they have been asked to do - vaccination being one of them. Obeying the current rules is as well.

"when your enemies are destroying themselves, do not interrupt them."

A major problem which is down to what they get up too, They want votes which is hardly surprising. People tend to have a one sided view of the people who fund political parties and vote on noises rather than facts or the longer term effects of what they do.
