Hi, Sorry if this isn't in the correct place but I am new to this site.

I've got a wall that has an access panel into the eaves space and it's a stud wall with a polythene vapour barrier and plasterboarded straight onto the polythene (Done before I moved in) what insulation methods would be best for in-between the studs? Would I need another vapour barrier over the insulation or would using expanding foam be suitable if I used insulation board to create an air seal?

Thanks for any help offered!

Just fit kingspan / cellotex in between the studs, foam if necessary.
I've read online about double vapour barriers being an issue.. Would this method cause no issues as regard to that?
