The outside pictures don't look great, get advice from your local CAB about your rights against the landlord.

Thank you I did but landlord took no notice I’m just worrying because inside literally falling apart and sadly I haven’t got a clue. Thank you for reply

These are not significant structural issues

Internal wall and ceiling cracking would be tenants responsibility as normal decorating.

The floor skirting gap is not a defect.

The external cill crackling may well be common movement and not necessarily a defect for which you can require action.

Your rights to repair would only be on the basis of the external cracking and skirting gap not being wind or weathertight and causing cold or damp internally. Is that occuring?

Hey yes I’ve paid to have damp sorted it’s horrendous the walls etc just been painted so I can see how bad it is. Thank you for your reply

I don't understand this thread.
It seems like the renter is the owner.

Who is paying for what?

Just move somewhere else?

I’m not the owner I rent private trying to move is a nightmare and I wanted advice that’s all. With the ceilings cracking n falling I wanted advice.

Your landlord sounds an utter tool and you have my sympathy.

Your tenancy terms and conditions should set out the steps to be taken to correct any breaches, but it will be difficult if the property was in that condition when the tenancy agreement was signed, and the property is "fit for human habitation". Environmental health might be able to look at any concerns.
