Seems Boris has taken £90m with him. Aimed at helping them with their energy problem. 
Not sure of the burning rate and heat output from pound notes. Or the time needed and the actual method used to solve it.
The problem is all down to demographics really and foreign powers. One lot wants an entirely integrated Ukraine and another lot doesn't.

The size of the yellow area is interesting. Problems may be more widespread than thought as far as the population is concerned.
Anyway foreigners continue to pump weapons in. The west's could be aimed at knocking out the "insurgents" more quickly. Preventing that even without aid is probably why the Russians are were they are. The Minsk protocol as messy as it is also figures.
