Hi.
Wanting advice on a house I am thinking of buying. It currently only has a very small toilet and shower downstairs about the size of a standard cloakroom which is totally not practical.
Have a spare bedroom upstairs that could be converted but not sure how I would get the waste to the soil stack as the kitchen and shower room is a single storey extension beyond the original house.
Have attached a photo for advice please.
(And yes I know it will de value house and that it is notifiable but need to know if it’s possible)
Any idea of price of doing something like this would be good as well.

Thanks in advance

Looking at sold prices yes a couple but don’t know if they did the upstairs conversions before their kitchen extension was added
