I tested positive on Friday. I'm nearly back to normal. Do I need to isolate, if so for how long

You will not be legally required to self-isolate if you test positive for COVID-19. Stay at home if you can and avoid contact with other people.

I have misunderstood the rules and I went out today. Feel bad for that, I nearly ok now but got to think of others.
