Wiring was done by a plumber not a sparky.
That is soooo pik ey.
If I had wired up a system like that as an apprentice, I would have been slapped round the head and told to do it properly!

Is that bucket approved by Vailant and Gledhill for tprv and condense discharge?

I believe that is the condence pipe, that bucket was temporary.

Condence pipe now plumbed in with bath waste.

Wiring is shocking (pun intended ;)), and wouldn’t be paying for it, or reduce money to neaten it up by a professional.
 
Combination valve I would put above cylinder, otherwise drain down to replace etc. wiring is crap. D2 pipe terminates where? Seen worse though.

I believe the d2 is tundish related, it terminates into thin air.
