Dover...

Most sane people would expect a system that might entail a cursory document check of say, one in every ten or twenty people, that's certainly how it worked for decades before joining the EU. What we're witnessing now is spite on the part of the EU. We should retaliate by not exporting gas and electric, I doubt we will though, the UK is above that sort of childish behaviour.
Oh look a childish Filly can’t accept responsibility for what he voted for.

its funny how brexit problems are never the UKs fault.

Lets see if there are similar queues in Calais when the UK border agency has to carry out similar checks

Mottie doesn’t want UK customs to control our borders.

Mottie says don’t check passports, let’s let all those illegal immigrants and drugs through.

It’s all about efficiency and not chucking a sickie because you have ‘Le strop' on.

There should be two lanes on every entry point to the EU...

For those who voted to stay in the EU, an 'Easy Boarding' type of experience...

And for brexiteers, a long sweaty wait with a grueling interrogation...

After all, they knew what they were voting for!

Now the blame game has begun it seems a couple of incidents led to the backup of traffic: after a car crash on the M20 which took hours to sort out and an incident in the Channel Tunnel which the French took an hour to sort out. Add to that an increased amount of road traffic as school holidays start and families try to get away it appears to be a conjunction of incidents that caused this chaos.
Of course, the govt. will blame the French and they in turn will blame the govt. and the merry-go-round is kept spinning by the papers and the BeeB but the buck really should stop with the Home Office. Priti Patel is a slippery piece of work and somehow avoids any responsibility for failings in her dept.
She should be sacked. But won't be.

How about two different doors in every hospital covid ward? One for those that took things serious and took precautions with beds and equipment and one for those that didn’t believe in the 'virus' which leads back out to the street. That’s seems fair to me.

Isn't that the proposal for the NI Protocol?
A 'Green Lane' for UK goods and a 'Red Lane' for goods going on to the EU.
As far as i can tell the DUP are sweet on the deal and say most of Ulster's trade is within the UK anyway (up to 90%, i think he said - but that would need checking).

Incidents happen all the time...

But the real problem is the extra paperwork and checks which cause a constant backlog...

Brexit - a car crash that was always going to happen...

Now it's a massive pile up...

And it's only going to get worse!

Who is it that doesn't believe in the 'virus'?

But while you're at it, how about a 'bugger off' sign for those that start the morning with a bottle of wine?

Seems fair to me (y)

Lets see your stats from your fantasy world.
The world doesn't change much from one day to another for those living up in sleepy hollow on public money, but in the busy parts of the country, where the work is done and the money earned, things are quieter than they were pre-scamdemic. There are shortages of many things worldwide, from semiconductors to cardboard and from peanuts to petrol. All caused by governments simultaneously curtailing industrial activity in March 2020. Production cannot be instantly switched back on at the same level.

If this was all caused by some people in Britain voting to leave the Europe Union in 2016 why is it happening only now, and why is it worldwide?
