When my lad went to Spain with his friend, they all filled in a locator form on line.

I can't see any requirement for it on the Gov website.

But I did see a link to this on Google:

As is usual, I am well confused. Does anyone know the rules?

Cheers.

I flew from Edinburgh to Santiago de compostela yesterday and regularly go to Tenerife, there is nothing to fill in anywhere.

Don’t think the locator form is needed any more. I think you either have to be fully vaccinated or have a neg test result.

We will all be FV at least 14 days before flying, so that's covered.

Yes locator forms still need to be filled in for anyone over 12 not fully vaccinated /unvaxxed or vax is past time limit

We arrived here yesterday, nobody filled in any form, nothing. Nobody asked for anything at passport control either.
The only rule seems to be that a mask is worn on public transport. i.e. buses, taxis, planes etc.

yep same as when i turned up not actually asked for people just held covid passes etc up in air but if they decide to stop you then they are required. But there is a separate desk that scans the qr code of those that have them which i was one of them and got it scanned and recieved a couple of texts afterwards

My sister and her husband went to Seville a few weeks ago and they didn’t even stamp their passports on arrival!

A negative 'virus' test means sod all, as they have been easily forged for ages...

But are Spanish officials applying the £85 a day funding and return/onward ticket requirements needed for UK citizens given that we are now a 'third country'?

I doubt it. They need our money more than we need their sunshine.

Really?

Why aren't they that bothered when the brits sell up their villas?
Why should they be bothered? Someone else will be in the villa so I don’t see what you’re getting at. I suspect neither do you but you just had to make up a silly comment, didn’t you?
