That is the point.

If it was just 1 , or a few countries, or a small bloc of countries with views different to the rest of the world you could argue that it was biased for various things.

When the whole world is in agreement and did pretty much the same things at the same time and started vaccinations as soon as they could then it defies any sensible reasoning to say they are all wrong.
