Trump appointed a special investigator, in an attempt to discredit Trump's ties to Russia and paint the whole Russia thing as a hoax. It failed and failed miserably.
Trump attempted to sue Clinton and her associates for the whole Russia thing. It was thrown out and ridiculed. Not only was it ridiculed but the lawyers that had the gall to bring the pathetic case in the first place, are being sanctioned. Very damning indeed.
I read his statement as a contradiction, saying "Trump got more votes...except for Biden who got more" so either he's getting confused or didn't understand the q. in the first place.

No need. Both instances (Durham, Clinton complaint) have been ridiculed, discredited or laughed out of court. Even Durham's own investigators quit. As i said, A Trump appointed Judge has sanctioned the lawyers that brought the Clinton case, shining a damning light on a frivolous case. All the Russia investigations into Trump have been proved justified.
