Weird MK Plugtop

Hi Secure,

The bare tails will be removed from all the plugs when i get round to sorting them out, in the mean time they have been stored away well away from anyones curious hands.

Had a call earlier from MK.

If Secure Electrical Services wanted plug tops with it's name on, MK could do them in exactly the same style as the "HOSPITAL PROPERTY" one.

It would still have MK on the front & they can't screen print or mould exclusive plug top covers with your embossed design.

I turned down their less than generous offer...

Wouldn't SES rather have double sockets, lightswitches and consumer units with their logo and phone number on? Given that in this day and age, a customer is much less likely to want a plug changing.

The founder of a company I used to work for used to have machines made with his competitors nameplate on them.

They were very cheap and poor quality, and when they went wrong he would say "so buy one of mine"

Hi Guys,

I've managed to add yet another customised MK plug to my box of spares. We were having a clear out of our store room at one of our sites and came across the old BT Norstar telephone system that was removed years ago, and this was on the end of the mains lead:

I lopped it off before the system went in the skip

unbelievable eh! For those who are interested the phone system now installed on the site is an Avaya Definity R12.
