I saw alot of Youtube videos, and it shows easily that we must rotate two nuts to fill up water in the valliant raditor plus water boiler, but my system seems different than youtube videos, i dont know exactly which screws to rotate, here are some pics of my whole connection system.
Would love some help. Thank you. Here is youtube video link

Get a flathead screwdriver and turn the screws on the valves by 90 degrees and inspect pressure.
I would have highlighted where you would turn it but the problem is that i am on my phone rn and I cant do it atm.

Thanks for the reply, that was my question which screws do i exactly turn by 90 degrees, i tried few of them but it didnt work

Look elsewhere ,and show us pics of the pipes where they enter the boiler.
What is the far right pipe that appears to be open ended ,is it the pressure relief pipe ??

As @terryplumb suggests, look elsewhere.

I could be mistaken, but I can't see anywhere to connect the filling loop there.
The boiler feeds are: C/H return, cylinder return, gas, cylinder flow and C/H flow.
You would need an extra pipe for the mains water to start with!

Are there any unknown connections by the cylinder?

All the pipes are as seen kn the picture

If you have a filling loop it must be located somewhere. Look for a flexible ,silver coloured, braided hose. They can be fitted anywhere where mains cold water pipe ,and central heating pipes are close to each other, and not necessarily close to the boiler.
