Grounding yourself

While on break today, one of my workers came along to subway with me. When waiting in the queue, he tells me that I have been seeing a lot of changes to my body after grounding myself while sleeping. I laughed and tried to explain to him that it was a full load of hoaxes, but he never believed me. Now, is there anyone here who actually believes this?
