Not the point though is itThey’ve paid 100s of thousands in tax.
Is this the country and society you want, or isn't it

Nah you're right, let's just leave those who see a life on benefits as a lifestyle choice to it.Percentage wise, I'd guess it's a few.
No government has ever considered it worthwhile chasing, so I doubt they see it as a major issue either
How much more tax do you reckon we should all be paying? Not the point though is it

Who has supported that idea ?Nah you're right, let's just leave those who see a life on benefits as a lifestyle choice to it.

Totally irrelevantHow much more tax do you reckon we should all be paying?
Eh?Totally irrelevant

Totally relevant.Totally irrelevant
Standard MO when you hit the nail on the head with this forum member…Totally relevant.

Yes, I don't like people trying to divert.

You did say something about thousands of wealthy folk leaving the UK, as a result of the election (Labour getting power) did you not?Liar. You imagined this.

If you want to leave, leaveI don’t think he’s saying that and no it’s not about paying it’s about how much you are expected to pay.
You cant make allegations that wealthy people want to pay no tax while enjoying the benefits.
The fact is they pay most of the taxes.
It’s the less wealthy who get the benefits without the taxes. If the wealthy leave, who’s left to pay?
Do the wealthy really leave the country because of tax, or are they more likely to spirit it away in virtually untraceable offshore trusts etc. They always have, not because they don't want to pay more tax, but because they don't like to pay any tax at all. It's nothing new.I don’t think he’s saying that and no it’s not about paying it’s about how much you are expected to pay.

No need to ask me. Plenty of info out there. You did say something about thousands of wealthy folk leaving the UK, as a result of the election (Labour getting power) did you not?
But I am asking you. You called me a liar. You did say something a short while back, after the GE describing wealthy people leaving the UK as a result of Labour getting into power, did you not?No need to ask me.
