Mrs Mottie bought me a Tag Grande date for my birthday. She bought it on 11/11/11 in Heathrow airport on our way to a Caribbean cruise and when we came out of the shop, people were observing the 2 minutes silence as it was 11.00. It was my dog's favourite watch…..

A keyboard, three shampoo bottles, a fast charging adapter and a interesting book, all for £3.50 from whsmith.
 
Five pairs of black socks from Morrisons for £3. It seems ages since I've seen them so cheap. Made in China. I avoid ones made in Turkey because they often have masses of unfinished threads dangling inside.

I find a dozen of slazenger socks from sports direct crappy for a price of £4.50.
 
A 30mm lump of quartz, matching my kitchen worktop to go onto my kitchen island trolley when I get round to painting it and adorning it with wicker baskets and a towel rail.

A tube of "Sticks like sh*t" to fix the quartz top onto my kitchen island trolley. I’ll find out tomorrow if it actually does!
