Canada to Replace US with Japan for Gas Export: A Crushing Blow to US Energy Sector & EV Market!

It looks like global trade is realigning itself to avoid trade with USA

Canada does deal with EU on EV vehicles

I said that would happen eventually.

But I didn't think Canada had the infrastructure to do it yet. I thought USA had them over a barrel because their oil and gas are landlocked?

On a wider point, this week I've been reading two diametrically opposed views on whether Trump is going to be fantastic for the USA or bring its demise. Both were equally persuasive. We are entering unknown territory!

Notch, Trudeau is so unpopular he's had no choice but to resign.
being unpopular doesnt mean he is scum

mind you; how unpopular is he.....he has been prime minister for 9 1/2 years

Trump will go down in history as absolute scum

They don't, should be ready for some small scale export shortly. They've been talking about diversifying the market for a while and Japan is a good fit. America is meeting with Japan to discuss a new $44 billion facility and pipeline from Alaska to a new terminal, Trump is suggesting a joint enterprise. US already ship LNG to Japan in some volume.
