Why is he wrong? All we have done so far is to prolong this war and helped the underdog stay afloat at the cost of thousands of lives lost and the same again injured. Billions poured in and Russia is still ahead of the war. Ukrain soldiers are putting up a brave fight and no loss of dignity on their side. They havent got the man power for us to give them more. They have their own weapons manufacturing plant that is in need of investment in ramping up their output. They havent got the pilots combat ready and ablle to fly our expensive planes so would probably lose them quite quickly, they are only just holding the Russians back in areas and in other areas they are losing. Drones are their best defence so far and they are quickly becoming experts with them.

very little in the way of damage in Moscow with drones, but if Ukrain attacked Moscow with long range missiles it would. escalate to another level having serious consequences for not only ukrain but the U.S and the rest of Europe. No country in their right head would arm Ukrain to hit moscow, it would have to be their own Ukrainian missiles if they dare to do that.
