How to tackle two walls not being square for a bath. Thick adhesive ok?

Sure that would work either way something will need planing down or rebating or whatever. Or overboard and tile the whole wall? At least you could use the original architrave then.

I did think about that bit the boards are up now and you would still get the problem of what it would look from the side? Guess we would see exposed tiling adhesive and side of tiles.

I'm thinking of whether to add the HB fibatape on the outside corner of the boards and just plaster it and paint it? Almost like a small protruding wall

No, you would still need a timber packer.
