That's what I'm asking, seriously.

I'm not entirely happy with the notion that 73.5% of all statistics quoted in online forums are made up on the fly.

Essentially it's something like 3.5 or 4 to 1.

This means that for every rape committed by a British national, 3.5 to 4 rapes are commited by a foreign national.

This does not take into account the fact that a foreign national who has been given citizenship may be counted as a British citizen. So the ratio is likely even worse than 4 to 1.
