for god sakes. It isn't the fact of the seriousness of the injuries caused. He wasn't trying to avoid any injuries, it is either attempted murder or murder if nobody died, the latter will / should apply.But if nobody was seriously injured, he can't be charged with a crime of seriously injuring somebody. Because it hasn't happened. It all depends on the facts and we don't have those yet.
