My previous Texecom Connect V1 was flawless with notifications
My engineer has update to V2 recently and not getting notifications or emails
All push notifications are enabled on my iPhone checked and double checked. I have contacted my engineer and said he has updated software over the air and las things he thing might work is to reboot the control panel .
I’m a bit confused because I read somewhere that on V2 I need to use the recipes option to set notifications.
Hope some one can give some tips or idea
