And there are plenty in power in israel that have stated they want to see the total destruction of gaza and ethnic cleansing of Palestinians from their land...

And their land grabs don't stop there...

Plus israel is using 'significant weapons' (including internationally banned ones) against mainly civilians...

If you hold 'international agreements' in so much stead, do you condemn israel for not signing up to the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT)?

After all a 'safe and responsible' country would do so, or so you would think ;)

The justification for countries who have nuclear weapons is that they are a 'deterrent'...

You are totally out of touch, Russia has not used nuclear weapons and yes I do consider them safe to hold them, regardless of my considerations, they have them and that is that. Too late now regardless of anyones thoughts. If you think Iran who is the worst of the Arab world and prone to more threats to everyone from these religeous nut jobs and terrorist groups then you need your head examining.
A nuclear capability is used as a deterrent and not to be used as a threat, used when necessary and in extreme circumstances. Iran would mean trouble for the whole world. So yes, preventing them from ever owning such weapons should be a priority, Israel is doing the world a favour by destoying that infrastructure to begin with.

My point is no nuclear power has used them because of their destructive force. Israel won't use them because their world standing is already in the toilet and such a move would simply flush it away for good. So, why would Iran?

You call them "mad mullahs" but Komrade Kim and his orange buddy don't strike me as the full shilling, either.

Putin hasn't used nukes either, despite veiled threats and dire warnings to Ukraine.

Even if Iran did achieve its target of enriching enough plutonium to devise a nuclear device it'd still have to construct a system capable of delivering the bomb. And who's to say they'd drop it the next day just to prove a point? No. The first thing Israel and the House of Saud would do is come rushing to negotiate...and the prospect of a free Palestine would become a reality.
