It’s not white ….

Oh...I thought you meant wrong to what the OP was asking. It's exposed inside a dwelling, so it's on show. Black PVC is aesthetically unpleasing.
And if there's a lot of glass, it will get hot and buckle or sag.
Should have been steel, galvanised or stainless.

That's because the lazy sod did not pour cold water over the bend. Out on site a good sparks has to think on his feet and quickly too.

Ah - no, sorry.Oh...I thought you meant wrong to what the OP was asking.
Anyone notice this guy rubbed over a longer length than post#28?

Why ? is this just time thing ?How does a gentle uniform heating with a hair dryer or a blowlamp work out in practice.
If you have enough dry sand and a couple of rubber bungs it can help make a bend. Gentle hot water can work too (on a local area, not a 3m length though).
Once formed, I would recommend cooling with say cold water if possible.

So despite videos and what people tell you, you don't believe it works and you won't try it.And the white conduit I have, I really can't see how I would ever get any worthwhile heat into it with a few rubs with a cloth,

OK.
Let's see a pictureWhy ? is this just time thing ?
the one i bent earlier (few posts above) I heated it with hot air gun until nearly too hot to touch, I just gently formed it with my hands and let it air cool - it seems fine, and it air cooled very rapidly until stiff again . would have made a nicer job with a spring (one now on order, don't know why I have no jobs planned, but nice to have if i ever need it) But seriously, even without spring its a reasonable job
With the heat we've been experiencing recently it doesn't even need to be warmed. And the white conduit I have, I really can't see how I would ever get any worthwhile heat into it with a few rubs with a cloth,
I doubt it, unless it's any of the flimsy stuff that was around a few years back. However that would bend but wouldn't hold it.may be my conduit is the wrong stuff ?
