I’m not sure
Doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the pipework per se, it's more likely blocked somewhere. Where does it go after exiting the cupboard?
not sure , only have a pic from customer. I’ll clean out traps. Should the waste pipe be angled to run slightly down? I was thinking it may need adjusting.

Have you checked the trap for blockages?
The customer has done in the past but says it comes back sooner than expected. Any idea of how often it’s expected to clear out a trap? Could a level pipe or not angled enough pipe be an issue?

Depends on how much fat/grease goes down

Only if a backfall, that appears ok. You need to check the waste pipe downstream of the traps.
