- Who can apply?
Residents of Rotherham who are:
- Aged 16-20 (cards expire the day before your 21st birthday).
- Receiving Council Tax Support.
- Under 16 and a dependent of a Rothercard holder living at the same address.
- A looked after child/young person.
- Living in Rotherham under a government-approved refugee, resettlement, or asylum seeker program.
- A carer or paid personal assistant of someone eligible under the above criteria.
