Am I the only one completely flummoxed by the sheer number of NHS apps?
It began with Systmonline, the surgeries app, which seemed to work sort of OK. Then along came Patches, the NHS app, all it seems suggesting they 'talk' to each other, but rather they screw each other up, one seeming to lock you out of the other. Then renal made a suggestion that I sign up for 'Patients know best'.
I recently moved surgeries, the new one uses the same Systmonline, so that at least partially transferred over, but seemed to lose, most of my old patient record. I used to email home BP readings, to my old one, but the new surgery just ignores such emails - they want them submitted via the long winded Patches system, besides which it seems only to half work. Likewise the NHS system, only seems to limp along, with only partial information.
Me, the poor patient, stuck in the middle, unable to make any rational sense of it all.
