Apparently he's banned builders working on his sites from flying the national flag. And made a video stating white middle aged men are the problem.
I would have thought that after supporting starmer, the id scheme and pensioners winter payment cuts alone would have led him to lay quiet on the politics for a bit.
I assume his sites are near Manchester and I'm not sure how much work builders have there at the moment but if I could afford to walk away from a little dictator like him I would.
And I don't doubt that if he'd criticised any race other than whites he'd be cancelled by now.

I don't think it's compulsory to work for anybody.

You've (or I have anyway) been able to choose who to work for.

It wouldn't affect me. in fact it might help remove politics and aggression from the workplaces

I bet 100% of the people putting up flags are Reform Party supporters -so its political and not patriotism national pride

are you a Reform party supporter?

When you are self-employed, you choose who you want to work for, yes. But sometimes, beggars can't be choosers.

So you grit your teeth, get on with the job and bank the cheque, thank you very much.

Money's money at the end of the day.

It's up to him if he doesn't want flags flying on his property. It may be nothing more than commercial brand protection.

of course if he wants to discriminate against white middle aged men, he will have a problem.

You are way off the mark with that statement. A very blinkered view.

Not all middle aged white men want to display flags at work, especially when employed by a n other

Your bet that 100% of people were reform voters is misjudged and shows your predudice. People don't like being told what to to. The best way to make someone do something is tell them they can't.
