Ours are commercial testers as we have lots of lorrys and hgv, they test them and do all the servicing on them so they know their stuff. Hard graft looking at what they do, just not great money.

Different to me.

I run a successful business. I pick and choose what work I do, and when. I work anywhere between 0 and 60 hours a week. I have other income from other assets the business has made for me.

I'm often called in to cover mot testers who are off sick etc. I don't get paid what they might. I get paid what I ask for. Or I don't do it. There's a severe shortage of testers in my area too.

Im very happy with my income, especially for the hours I work, thank you.

You always twist everything dont you. I think you are a bit slow as I said an MOT tester doesnt earn what we earn, that is a fact. You suddenly come up with you have a very succesful business that you have earned a fortune off, Totally different.
