The post preceding is evidence of what Gumby News does to your brain after too long.

You have been warned.

You must have very low standards if you think he is fit to be potus.According to you.
According to the US people, who get to decide such things, he's their president. So we respect that.
The choices weren't particularly great... it was him or a seemingly drunk crazy woman who wanted a war with Russia.

There was a Tory party already in power. People realised they didn't want more of it.In the last GE there was a very low turnout, the lowest ever IIRC. This was because there was not a lot of choice - almost all of the parties were "centre left and left wing" as you put it. British people are conservative - we want to conserve Britain but there was little conservative option.
Those that did vote consisted of foreigners, dole-drawers and the anti-British British, i.e. people who should not have had the vote.
This government is illegitimate. It is a major fault in our voting system that those who do not contribute and only take, are allowed the vote.
I don't know or care whether he's "fit" to be according to me, you, our PM, the king or god himself. You must have very low standards if you think he is fit to be potus.

No, that's just burying your head in the sandI don't know or care whether he's "fit" to be according to me, you, our PM, the king or god himself.
He's been elected, by the people he represents. So our opinions are irrelevant, and we should shut up about his suitability, for the benefit of international relations, and ultimately for our own good.

What about people who vote for xyz, because they always have ? They are not voting for reason of any sortIf stoned doleys who've never worked are allowed to vote then why not toddlers?
Do you really not understand how the world works? No, that's just burying your head in the sand
You should stand up and object to such people, especially if they have influence over us.

Yes, it appears you might notDo you really not understand how the world works?
And that country has massive influence over us, and the worldHe's not the world president, just the president of a major country that we don't live in.
If course we can, just look at his history. Or do you have no morals ?We can say we disagree with his approach to a specific issue, we can't say he shouldn't have his job.
What about russian and American influence in ours ?Most people in most countries wouldn't react positively to foreigners saying their elected leader shouldn't be in their job.
But that's what Trump and his cohorts are doingMuch as I'd like the outcome, I wouldn't think it was good if a foreign state-backed broadcaster started demanding Starmer's resignation.

Indeed I would be happy to discuss the budget sensibly. It would be nice to discuss say the budget, without many of the posters taking it as an excuse to have a go at someone else.

Does he do it more than previous prime ministers?Never Here Kier jumps on a private jet and struts off to some world conference about nothing
