Watch the video with the man from Minnesota's gun advocacy law centre. That man is the top defender of gun rights in the state. He says that, at no time, was the gun visible. The agents didn't attack the victim for carrying a gun. They attacked him because he tried to stop the agents beating an innocent woman. They only noticed the gun for the first time when they had him held immobile on the ground. They remove the gun and then they execute him

There are two ways of looking at it, my point is that it isn't the ICE agents themselves that these protestors should be taking up their issues with otherwise this sort of thing will always happen. The agents are not in any position to stop the raids or listen and be affected by the protestors, it just endangers the protestors lives and gains nothing. The protestors should be taking up their issues with the Trump administration themselves.
