It’s very straight forward. You are struggling with basic concepts. The union flags that have been placed illegally is a massive problem financially. Some councils have not got the money to take them down let alone replace them. Some councils have more money available so they have decided to replace with union flag signage to keep everyone happy whilst also ensuring that it isn’t going to be a danger or in anyone’s way.Eh? You said it was a concerted effort to replace the flags with 'plastic sign flags? I'm not sure from that above statement what you are actually on about?
And all the other flags dotted about, i.e. those that are not the Union Jack, does this apply..... 'will remain, taken down or even just left'...?
